申請須知

  1. 申請資格：
  • 申請者年齡必須介乎18 至 35 歲 (以報名截止日期為準)；
  • 持有效香港永久居民身份證；
  • 沒有破產記錄或涉及破產程序；
  • 申請項目沒有同時申請「青年發展基金(創業配對基金)」旗下其他資助計劃；
  • 申請項目並未有營運收益；
  • 若申請者以合夥人或有限公司方式提出申請，申請項目所有合夥人或股東亦須符合(1.1)及(1.2)項規定；
  • 申請項目並未獲政府其他資助。
  1. 申請所需文件：
  • 申請表格(已填妥)
  • 創業計劃書及計劃摘要(正副本) (參考附件「創業計劃書架構及內容」)
  • 申請者之香港身份證副本
  • 申請者之住址證明（申請日期前三個月內）
  • 公司商業登記副本（如有）
  1. 申請辦法及程序

「新一代創新創業資助計劃」全年分兩期接受申請(第一期截止申請為7/4/2017；第二期截止申請為7/7/2017)，並按所屬期數進行審批，(具體日期可查看本中心網站資訊：https://iec.newgen.org.hk/ngiess) 將後補日期網址，申請人需按時進行以下程序︰

  • 於本中心網站下載申請表；
  • 於上述申請截止前，郵寄或親身遞交(2.1)—(2.5)項申請文件至本中心；
  • 每期申請截止後，通過評審團甄選的申請項目將收悉面試通知(以電郵個別回覆)；
  • 評審後會公布獲批項目名單並發放通知，獲批申請者需與本中心簽訂合同（並須同時提交擔保人資料及撥款總額1%的行政費）；
  • 獲批資助申請者須按照《商業登記條例》（第310章）完成商業登記程序，並郵寄或親身遞交公司商業登記副本至本中心(如已遞交則毋須理會此項)；
  • 撥款共分三期發放，獲批資助申請者須於第二及第三期撥款前一個月，及領取第三期(最後一期)撥款後第六個月遞交營運報告予本中心，以確保項目順利進行 (* 如申請者拒絕提交或提交失實的營運報告，或涉及不合法的商業行為，本中心有暫停或終止資助的權利。已獲資助的款項，必須全數償還給本中心)；
  • 獲批資助申請者將自動加入「師友同行計劃」，接受專業導師指導。
  1. 貸款還款安排：

貸款為撥款總額的三分之一(最高為15萬)，屬免息貸款。唯另須繳交撥款總額1%的行政費(簽訂合同時)。

  • 領取全部資助後第七個月開始還款；
  • 申請者須在接受資助前簽訂合同，並決定還款方式(一次性／分期︰最長12個月，每月還款)。
  • 如申請人逾期還款，擔保人須代申請人償還全部欠款。如經多次通知後仍不果，本中心將保留法律追討程序。

計劃由即日起接受申請，「申請表格」及「創業計劃書架構及內容」可於香港新一代文化協會創新及創業中心網站下載 (https://iec.newgen.org.hk)。

  1. 個人資料（私隱）收集聲明︰

閣下提交的文件及資料只供「新一代創新創業資助計劃」申請處理之用。根據個人資料（私隱）條例第十八、二十二章及附表一載列第六原則， 閣下有權要求查閱及更正表格內所提供的個人資料。如　閣下欲查閱或更改表格內的資料，請電郵或致電與本中心職員聯絡。

Application Guidelines

  1. Requirements
    • Aged 18 to 35 (subject to the application date).
    • Holder of Hong Kong Permanent Residence Identity Card.
    • No bankruptcy records.
    • The applied project has not been simultaneously applied for another supporting scheme or program under “Youth Development Fund (Entrepreneurship Matching Fund)”.
    • No revenue from the applied project yet.
    • If the intended business or existing business is owned by the applicants in the form of a partnership or a limited company, all business partners and shareholders of the limited company must also comply with (1.1) and (1.2) listed above.
    • The applied project/ company has not obtained other funding from government.
  1. Documents
    • Application form.
    • Business Plan & Abstract (Hardcopy & softcopy) (Please refer to the attachment “Business Plan template for applicants”).
    • Copy of Hong Kong Identity Card of applicant(s).
    • Copy of applicant’s address (Issued within the last 3 months).
    • Copy of business registration certificate (if any)
  1. Application Procedures

We have two phases for application, deadlines of the two phases will be 7 April 2017 and 7 July 2017 respectively, related information would be updated soon on: https://iec.newgen.org.hk/ngiess). Applicants should follow below procedures:

  • Complete the application form (download from our website).
  • Submit your application with required documents by mail or by hand.
  • The committee-selected applicants and projects will receive an interview email after the deadline of application.
  • Application results will be released after the interview. The successful applicants are required to sign an agreement with HKNGCA and have a cosigner includes the 1% administration fee.
  • The successful applicants must complete the Business Registration under the law of Business Registration Ordinance (chapter 310) and submit the certificate copy to us.
  • The financial support will distribute in three stages divided by the approval committee. Successful applicants should update us with operation report(s) timely one month before moving on to the next stage, and the final report should be submitted on the 6th month after receiving the whole financial support.
  • Successful applicants will enter the mentorship program embedded in the New Gen Innovation and Entrepreneurship Supporting Scheme.

*HKNGCA has the right to suspend or terminate the financial support if applicants refuse to submit operation reports or provide false information or involved in any illegal business behavior.

  1. Repayment Arrangement

The financial support consists 2/3 free grant and 1/3 Interest-free loans (with additional 1% charge on the total financial support as administration fee which paid when the contract is signed).

  • Repayment (or the first installment of repayment) starts on the 7th month after the 3rd stage financial support has been delivered.
  • Applicants should decide the method of repayment (one-off/ maximum 12 months installment) when they sign the agreement with HKNGCA.
  • The cosigner should take over the repayment if the applicant doesn’t discharge of the responsibility of repayment. HKNGCA reserves the right to take legal actions to make a claim on all default payments.
