Waste is not waste until you waste it – Breer is a food upcycling startup that collects unsold, uneaten, surplus bread and uses it to brew local craft beer – from pineapple bun beer, pizza crust beer to white bread beer – you name it, we brew it! By replacing all of the 78% of barley needed in a batch of brew with bread acquired free of cost, Breer introduces a novel taste of beer in the market that is sure to leave everybody wanting more.

White bread pale ale: Our signature beer, the White Bread Pale Ale will be the perfect accompaniment to your favorite meal, or the perfect start to happy hour. With 5.6% ABV, it’s light on the palette, crisp and citrusy – you won’t be able to stop at one!
Pineapple bun IPA: Made with iconic HK Pineapple Buns, this beer is a hoppy, easy going beer with a light note of sweetness and freshness coming from the fresh pineapple we add! It’s a 6.3% ABV beer that doesn’t taste like it at all – highly recommended to drink this alongside eating a pineapple bun!
Hibiscus Sour: This pink-colored beer is truly one of a kind – made with white bread and hibiscus flowers, this beer is tart, tasting like a cocktail! Perfect for the Summer heat, it’s the perfect way to get through the hot Summer!
We are presently working on creating non-alcoholic beers, and even an egg tart based beer!
